Blueprint for a Safer Philadelphia: ASAP is a program of the Blueprint, sponsored by State Representative Dwight Evans. The Blueprint is a resource for violence prevention and community empowerment. Out-of-School Time Resource Center: OSTRC is part of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice and promotes out-of-school time student achievement by enhancing staff support and professional development. Primarily a resource for after school sites.
